Overview
This guide shows you how to find and register for live webinars hosted in Automox University (AXU). Live sessions are led by Automox experts and cover topics like onboarding, endpoint deployment, patch policies, Automox Worklets™, reporting, and analytics. Each session concludes with a live Q&A where you can ask questions directly.
Prerequisites
An active Automox University account. If you haven't registered yet, see Creating an Account in Automox University (AXU).
Steps
1.Sign in to Automox University:
Go to university.automox.com and sign in with your account credentials.
2.Navigate to the Webinars Page:
From the main catalog, select the Featured Live Webinars section, click Webinars in the top/lower navigation, or go directly to university.automox.com/page/webinars.
3.Select a Webinar:
Browse the available webinars and select the one you want to attend. Each listing details the description, session dates, available times, and remaining open slots.
4.Choose a Session Date:
On the webinar detail page, review the table of upcoming sessions to find a date and time that fits your schedule.
Note: Session times are typically listed in US Central Time (CT). Remember to convert to your local time zone before registering.
5.Register for Your Session:
Select Register next to your preferred session date and time slot.
6.Confirm Your Registration:
After registering, check your inbox for a confirmation email containing the session date, time, and access link. Save this email for the day of the webinar. You can use the links inside the email to add the event directly to your calendar tool.
About the Live Onboarding Webinar
The Live Onboarding Webinar is Automox's flagship live session, held monthly. It is designed for anyone new to Automox or looking for a guided platform walkthrough.
The session covers:
Deploying the Automox agent across environments
Navigating the core components of the Automox console
Setting up device groups and patch policies using industry best practices
An introduction to Automox Worklets™, reporting, and platform analytics
An interactive Q&A session with an Automox expert
Sessions typically run for one hour and have unlimited capacity, meaning slots remain open right up until the broadcast begins. You can find upcoming dates on the main Webinars page or go directly to university.automox.com/onboarding-webinar.
Accessing Webinar Recordings
If you cannot attend a live session, on-demand recordings of past webinars are regularly made available in the AXU catalog. Check the Webinars page and use the filters on the left side of the screen to search for recorded or past sessions.
Common Issues
I registered but didn't receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, sign in to AXU, navigate to your profile/dashboard, and look under your Enrolled Courses to confirm your registration successfully processed.
I need to cancel or reschedule my registration.
Sign in to your AXU account and navigate to your dashboard's enrolled courses to modify or drop your registration. If you encounter any issues canceling through the platform, contact university@automox.com for manual support.
