How to Register for Automox University

Overview

This guide shows you how to create an account in Automox University (AXU), Automox's free training platform. AXU gives you access to self-paced courses, live workshop webinars, Learning Paths, and badges you can earn and share—all available to new, existing, and prospective customers regardless of your subscription plan.

Prerequisites

  • Company Email Address: Use the same email address associated with your Automox console account.

Steps

1.Go to Automox University:

Navigate to university.automox.com.

2.Open the Sign-In Page:

Select Sign In in the upper-right corner of the page.

3.Initiate Account Creation:

On the sign-in page, select Don't have an account? Sign up (or the equivalent Create Account link).

4.Enter Your Details:

Fill in your name, company email address, and a secure password, then select Create Account.

Note: Use your company email address rather than a personal one. AXU associates your account with your organization; using a personal email may limit access to organization-specific resources.

5.Verify Your Email:

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Automox University. Select the verification link inside to activate your account.

6.Sign In and Start Learning:

Once your email is verified, return to university.automox.com and sign in. You'll land on the main catalog, where you can browse courses, webinars, Learning Paths, and badge exams.

What You'll Find in Automox University

Once you're registered, you have access to:

  • Getting Started Series: Short, self-paced courses covering core Automox concepts like groups, policies, and scheduling.

  • Learning Paths: Structured tracks for deeper skill-building, including the Automox Worklet™ Learning Path.

  • Live Webinars: Weekly and monthly live sessions with Automox experts featuring a live Q&A.

  • Badges: Verified digital credentials earned by completing coursework and passing exams.

Common Issues

I didn't receive the verification email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, return to the sign-in page and look for a Resend verification email option.

I'm being asked to sign in but I've already created an account.

Try selecting Forgot password to reset your credentials. If you've previously used Single Sign-On (SSO) or signed in directly through the Automox console, try using that same login method.

I registered with a personal email and need to change it.

Contact university@automox.com for assistance updating your account email to your corporate address.
