Requesting Access to Security Documents at Automox

Overview

Customers who need Automox's security and compliance information — SOC 2 reports, penetration test reports, CAIQ assessments, and details on how and where Automox stores data — can request access through the Automox Trust Center. This article explains how to request access and what to expect.

Process

1. Navigate to the Automox Trust Center / Security Portal at security.automox.com.
2. Select Request full access.
3. Complete the information form and submit the access request.
4. Await communication from the Automox SecOps team.

NDA Requirement

After submitting the request, the requester receives an email from the Automox SecOps team with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) attached. Access to private security documents (SOC 2, penetration test reports, and similar) is granted only after the NDA has been executed and received by Automox's security operations team.

Notes

• The Trust Center is the single destination for questions about Automox data security, compliance posture, and where customer data is stored. Direct any such request there rather than routing it manually.
• Publicly available (non-NDA) items may be visible on the portal without a full-access request; private documents require the executed NDA described above.
