Symptoms / Behavior
When a new device is enrolled or added to the system, a system-generated tag named Recently Added is automatically assigned to it.
While this tag is visible in the Tags column on the device details page, it exhibits the following behavior:
Non-actionable: It cannot be used as a filter parameter in device searches or reporting.
Persistent: It cannot be manually deleted or modified by administrators.
Cause
This is an automated, system-level design intended to provide a brief visual indicator for newly onboarded assets.
Resolution
No manual action is required. The system automatically prunes and removes the Recently Added tag from the device after 5 days.
