Automox trial accounts expire after 30 days. If your trial has been expired for 30 days or more, your account is automatically locked and you will not be able to access the console.
How Trial Expiration Works
What Happens After Expiration
- Trials expire after 30 days.
- If expired for fewer than 30 days, the account can be temporarily unlocked.
- If expired for 30+ days, the account locks automatically.
- If locked, you will not be able to log in.
- All data is permanently deleted after 90 days.
What To Do If You Cannot Log In
Trial Expired Less Than 30 Days Ago
If your trial expired fewer than 30 days ago:
1. Contact your Automox account manager.
2. Request a temporary unlock of your trial account.
After the account is unlocked, you can log in and access the console.
Trial Expired 30+ Days Ago
If your trial has been expired for 30 days or more:
- The account will automatically lock.
- Even if temporarily unlocked, it will lock again within 24 hours.
- All data is permanently deleted after 90 days.
In this situation, you will need to:
- Start a new trial, or
Contact your Automox account manager to discuss your options.
