What to do when no one in the company has access to the Automox login

Has there been an incident or a case of improper hand-offs, or has someone created an extra organization, or were your credentials for the Automox login lost?

How Automox deals with this situation

Unfortunately, Support cannot grant access to the Automox console, nor can we reset passwords or change permissions on User Accounts.

  • What you can do is reset the password of the former employee's account, where the email would be sent to the User Account's Email address.
  • If there is no access to this user's Automox account, then the password of the email account itself could be reset in order to retrieve the credentials of the Automox account. 
  • If none of these will work, or there is no access to the email account, you can create a new organization in the Automox console. Please be aware that we cannot merge any data from the old Organization with the new Organization.
