How to check the permissions level of the Automox Service account

To ensure that the Automox Service Account has admin access to your device and to make sure that your device will patch and stay up-to-date, run the following command:

  • Open terminal on the impacted device
  • Run this command: dscl . -read /Groups/admin GroupMembership
    • Check that the _automoxserviceaccount user is on this membership list.
