How to I check if a reboot or installation was run by a user

Sometimes we see updates or reboots go out to devices that we didn't expect to have updates or reboots. How can we tell if this was Automox or not?

Answer

• Currently, the only way to verify if a reboot was sent out by a user is to use the API History report in the Data Extract section of Reports.
• Just head to Reports > Data Extracts > Generate
