Targeted Removal of Adobe Flash Player via a Patch Only Policy

While a custom worklet may work for a targeted removal of Adobe Flash Player, (see https://community.automox.com/community-worklets-12/uninstall-flash-player-windows-1407), an easier approach would be to create a Patch Only policy that scopes KB4577586 specifically.
KB4577586 is available as an optional update via the Windows Update Catalog, and is Microsoft's recommendation for a full removal of the Adobe Flash Client:
Note: Per Microsoft, there is no way to restore Flash Player functionality once the device receives the patch.
In your patch only policy, just filter for KB4577586:

Be sure to include Optional and Recommended Windows updates for the policy:

This policy can be ran with a schedule and custom deferral options depending on your needs.
An automatic reboot is recommended for this policy to ensure full removal of an Adobe Flash Player artifacts after the patch installs.
