How to generate a longer report

Generally, people like to see reports that can be customized to contain information that goes back as far as possible. Or, they want reports that contain everything that they need or can see (reports that contain months of information). Unfortunately, the reporting in the Activity Log or the Data Extract can seem short, but you can still generate plenty of information from these reports.

Activity Log

You will see that is not possible to generate a report that is longer than 31 days at a time. The date range automatically adjusts the available range that can be downloaded at a time.

The report itself can only contain 31 days of information. This reporting tool can go back 90 days, which is accessible in increments of 30 days. 

Data Extract

It is not possible the generate a data extract report longer than 90 days. The date range filter automatically adjusts to the maximum range. In the example, if it is November 22, you cannot pick a date earlier than September 23.
