Unable to Sync Automox Data in Freshservice

If you're running into problems when syncing with FreshService, there are a couple of things to check:

  • Make sure the Automox API Key that is being used is not expired, and correct
  • Ensure the Freshservice Domain name is correct
  • Ensure the Freshservice API Key is correct
  • Ensure the name of the Automox Organization is correct as well

When a sync is executed correctly, it should look like this:

If all of these configurations have been confirmed to be correct, the only other suggested method that Automox recommends is to delete the connection in Freshservice and create a new connection. If this still does not work, we recommend contacting Freshservice Support.
