How to Roll Back Citrix Patches
Unfortunately, Citrix and other third-party software applications cannot be rolled back via Automox. However, there are ways demonstrated in this document here: https://www.citrix.com/blogs/2018/10/12/citrix-optimizer-how-to-roll-back-changes/
If you'd like to rollback other Windows patches, they would have to fall under a category such as:
- The applied patch must have been installed with Windows Update, Microsoft Update, or Windows Server Update Services
- The package must be specifically marked as uninstallable (Uninstallable defined here:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/msi/uninstallable-patches)
