PowerBI Installs the Same Version Repeatedly

PowerBI won't update to the new version

PowerBI shows a new version available in Automox. Automox says the update was installed, but PowerBI remains on the old version.

Steps to resolution

  • Uninstall PowerBI
  • Reboot the device
  • Reinstall the latest version of PowerBI
  • Automox will now be able to install future updates to PowerBI
