How to update devices to Windows 11 through Automox

Typically, as long as Automox can see something as available, it can patch it. This doesn't apply to absolutely everything, but in the case of updating your Windows device to 11, it can. 

Windows 11 has not always necessarily shown up in the Windows Update catalog (as of now). Automox can only patch what the device sees as available, and Windows 11 has not technically been released through the regular Windows Update channels. However, we do have a Worklet that sets the registry key of ProductVersion on this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
 
You would need to update ProductVersion to say "Windows 11". You also can find that worklet here: Windows Feature Update - Registry Worklet
 
After this process is done, it may take a while for the device to "see" Windows 11 as available. Once it can be seen as available, Automox will be able to see it as well, and then it can be patched through Automox. The software package should be called "Upgrade to Windows 11":
