When can't find the software that is installed on your devices from the Software page
It might be that you look at the Software page of the Automox console and cannot locate software that you know is installed on the devices. You can see the application in the software section of the Device Details page, but not the Software page.
Answer
- On the Software page, there is a checkbox located at the top of the filter panel. By default, this is checked. This means that applications that are not natively supported for patching/updates by Automox are hidden.
- If you clear this box, you will then see all of the applications and software packages installed on the devices in your organization (both supported and unsupported).
