You can access and manage your company billing details, such as device usage and billing history, as well as plan details and payment method from the Billing tab.
Prerequisites: You have Global, Zone, or Billing Administrator permissions.

Billing Details
From the Settings → Billing tab, you can manage the billing for your organization.
The Settings menu can be accessed at the top of your console.
Device Usage
You can view and track your device usage. Add or remove the Automox agent from devices to adjust your total device count. Your total device count is updated hourly and any changes are summarized in the Device Usage table at the end of each day. If your installed device count reaches or exceeds your available device licenses, an alert is displayed so that you can take action, if necessary. Your Automox Plan and Payment
You can view and manage your current plan from the Billing tab. See https://www.automox.com/pricing for details about available plans.
Automox offers three types of monitoring plans: Basic, Standard, and Complete.

Automox offers two contract term options: annual and monthly.
It is possible to change your plan.

To save any changes, click Update Billing.
Changing Your Device License Count
For annual contracts, Automox bills monthly using your licensed device count. To increase your number of licenses, update your license count and we’ll add them to your monthly bill for the remaining bills in your contract. If you don’t increase your license count, any overages are billed at the monthly rate for the month of overage. You are unable to reduce your device license count during your contract, reach out to sales@automox.com with any questions.

You can view and manage your company details. Click the Billing tab to edit the following information:
Company Name
Country (If your country is not listed, contact sales@automox.com)
Address
City
State (only required for US addresses)
Zip/Postal Code
Payment Methods
You can manage your credit card payment method here. You can only use one payment method at a time for your plan. Other options for payment, such as electronic transfer, are available as well. Please contact us about setting that up for you at sales@automox.com.
Click Update to edit your credit card information.
Click Update Billing.
Billing History
Depending on your billing plan, you may be able to view and manage your invoices from the Billing page.
The following information is shown:
Invoice: This is the name of the invoice.
Date: The date that the invoice was billed.
Paid: This indicates if the payment has been fully collected or not.
Total: The total amount for this invoice.
Download: Click the icon to download a PDF of the invoice for your records.
