If you are leveraging any of the following operating systems, Automox will support and address known issues, and apply hot-fixes, if needed.

  • Windows 10, 10S, and 11

  • Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022

  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 13 (Ventura), macOS 14 (Sonoma), and macOS 15 (Sequoia)

    • Note for macOS 13 (Ventura)

Apple has added a new security component that notifies the user when software has added items that can run in the background. You may, and likely will, see a notification similar to the one below when installing Ventura or after upgrading from a previous macOS version to Ventura. This is expected behavior and is related to the Automox agent.
