How to get a zone removed

In order to get a zone removed, please reach out to the Support team.

  • Ensure there are no devices currently assigned in the zone.
  • Ensure there are no worklets or policies that you would like to keep.
  • Create a new ticket with Automox support including the zone name and legacy ID of the zone that will be deleted.
