Single Sign-on (SSO) flow within Automox

  • To enhance your security within the Automox console, we made a change to the Single Sign-On (SSO) flow. Automox deployed this change to the SSO flow on December 20, 2023. On and after December 20, 2023, an action is required for all users who already log into the Automox console using SSO. Once deployed, these users must verify their email on their next sign-in attempt. This verification is a one-time action. If you do not use SSO, there is no change to your login experience. If you have questions regarding this change or the required actions, please reach out to Automox Support. You can submit a ticket via the Customer Portal at http://help.automox.com/
