If you are experiencing a user interface (UI) error, Automox Support can help by asking you gather any error information from your web browser console. The steps to do that are described here.

Steps to gather errors
- To gather the information required, open the settings option for your browser (our example shows the Chrome browser).
- Click More Tools, then select Developer Tools.
- From here, select the Console tab.
- Take a screenshot of any of the red colored errors that may appear. Share these with Automox Support so that we can help troubleshoot any problems.
