Upgrade failed: E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

The error listed happens when background processes are using a file that might need to be modified during the upgrade, and as a result, dpkg doesn't finish and requires you to run dpkg --configure to unpack, restart, and upgrade the application. 

If your agent is still not upgrading, we recommend restarting the docker service or rebooting the device entirely.
