Sign up for the Customer Portal

How do I sign up for the Customer Portal?

1. To sign up for the customer portal (help.automox.com), click Sign In from the main page. 
   
   
   
2. On the Sign in to Automox page, click Sign up.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your name and email to sign up.
4. Verify your email. After verification, you can submit a ticket for Automox.
   Note: It might take 24 business hours after a ticket has been submitted before you are attached to your organization as this verification takes some time.
