How Do I Sign Up For the Customer Portal?
- To sign up for the customer portal (help.automox.com), navigate to the Sign In button at the top of the Portal's main page.
- On the Sign in to Automox page, click the Sign up link next to "New to Automox?"
- If you see this error/failure it's because you do not allow third-party cookies. The platform we use needs these cookies to function (Zendesk). Make sure you allow third-party cookies to be able to sign up and continue.
- After you allow third-party cookies and select Sign up, you then set up your ID. Make sure to use the email you intend to use for Automox as this is how we confirm you are supposed to be part of the organization you are submitting tickets for.
- After you do this, you will be asked to verify your email. After verification, you can submit a ticket for Automox.
Note: It might take 24 business hours after a ticket has been submitted before you are attached to your organization as this verification takes some time.
